Accommodations
Lodging Facilities
With Mt. Chocurua as our backdrop, our facilities run from
the valley floor up to the ridge of Drake Hill. All our buildings are smoke-free, and have
shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room facilities. Lloyd Lodge has a wheelchair accessible, roll-in shower and an accessible half-bath. Each building's kitchen has a refrigerator for guest use. All buildings are smoke-free and pet-free.
Lloyd Lodge
is is our main building. It resembles a century-old New England inn, and houses the
conference room, dining hall and office.
Uphaus Lodge
is our most modern facility. It's the only building partially
winterized for Fall and Spring. It has
nine guest rooms and a view of Mt. Chocorua
from a large bay window in the living room.
Weller House
is a charming 175-year old cottage with 5 guest rooms. Thoreau
Cottage, just behind it, has 2 guest rooms. They are located 3/4 of a mile
from the main lodge.
The Farmhouse Cottage
is has 6 guest rooms.
Campsites
Sixteen rustic campsites, provided with picnic tables, are
available for campers bringing their own tents and equipment.
The camping area is adjacent to the main lodge,
so campers have bathrooms close at hand. There is
no electrical service in the campground. There is
no provision for recreational vehicles unless they
are about pickup-sized.
- Campers must bring their own linens, pillows
and extra blankets
- Campers must register in the office before setting up tent
