2012 Rates

All rates are per person and include 3 meals per day, most programs, use of facilities, taxes, and gratuities. Bag lunch available. Credit is not given for missed meals.

We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 or more nights

Children’s Rates (Lower this year!)
Children’s rates apply when children share parent/s’ room. Children in separate rooms are charged full rate.

Weekend rates
Friday 3 PM – Sunday 3 PM and holidays

Deposit
25% at the time of reservation.

Cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, or money order accepted.

Cancellation for all or part of a stay
Ten days notice is required for a full refund. Cancellation with less than 10 days notice will incur a fee of $75 or the rate of one night (whichever is less).

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-out of room/campsite time is 10:00 AM. Rooms must be vacated for housekeeping by this time. After checking out of your room, you may stay to enjoy the day

PLEASE NOTE: Due of our limited quantity of rooms and our wish to accommodate our guests, World Fellowship can guarantee reservations for specific rooms for a stay of one week or longer, when reservations are made before March. While we do our utmost to accommodate you in your preferred room, we regret that we cannot guarantee specific rooms for reservations of less than one week or reservations of any length made after March 1st. During peak periods it may be necessary for World Fellowship to adjust reservations to optimize our room availability. Campsite reservations are made with site selection available upon arrival.

Meals at World Fellowship
Breakfast buffet is served 8 – 8:45 AM. Lunch is served at 12:30 PM. Dinner is served at 6 PM.
Bag lunches are available.
Credit is not given for missed meals.
