With Mt. Chocurua as our backdrop, our facilities run from the valley floor up to the ridge of Drake Hill. All of our buildings share kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom facilities. Lloyd Lodge has a wheelchair accessible, roll-in shower and an accessible half-bath. Each building’s kitchen has a refrigerator for guest use. All buildings are smoke-free and pet-free, with the exception of The Cottage, which allows dogs with some restrictions.

OUR BUILDINGS
Lloyd Lodge, also referred to as “The Lodge”, is our main building. It resembles a century-old New England inn, and houses a conference room, dining hall, and our summer office. It also holds a large portion of our guest rooms.
- Contains 3 Our Best family rooms, 8 Regular rooms, and 7 Economy rooms, which are located beneath the dining hall.
Two first-floor regular rate rooms off the entrance hall are wheelchair accessible.
The Cape is our most modern facility. It is one-minute from Lloyd Lodge.
- Contains 5 Our Best rooms during the summer months and has 2 bathrooms
The Cape has a ramp for access and 2 first-floor bedrooms.
Uphaus Lodge is one of our more modern facilities. It is partially winterized for Fall and Spring. It has a view of Mt. Chocorua from a large bay window in the living room. It is a 10-minute stroll (or a two-minute car ride) from Lloyd Lodge.
- Contains 9 Our Best rooms and has 3 bathrooms
Weller House is a charming 175-year old cottage. Thoreau Cottage, just behind it, has 2 guest rooms. They are located 3/4 of a mile from Lloyd Lodge.
- Contains 5 Regular rate rooms, 2 Economy rooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and additional shower.
The Farmhouse Cottage is the only dog-friendly, indoor lodging. It is located 3/4 of a mile from Lloyd Lodge.
- Contains 3 Regular rate guest rooms, 2 staff rooms, and 2 bathrooms
Campsites
Sixteen rustic campsites, provided with picnic tables, are available for campers bringing their own tents and equipment. The camping area is adjacent to Lloyd Lodge, so campers have bathrooms close at hand. There is no electrical service in the campground and no provision for recreational vehicles unless they are about pickup-sized.
Atahi Cabins
For large groups or families desiring a more private getaway, we also offer six cabins with beds for 5-10 people each, located about 1 1/2 miles down the road from Lloyd Lodge. Each cabin has a private half bath. Showers are a short walk away.
