Youth Fellowship

Youth are an integral part of life at World Fellowship. We honor the energy, insights, and vision that youth bring to global justice movement work. And play!

A daily body movement session is scheduled for the afternoon especially for teens, youth, and World Fellowship staff who often can't make a 7:30 or 9 am session.

Other activities (scheduled or impromptu) for youth may include hike/swim outings, improv/journal/writing explorations, off-site outings... with youth leaders in July and (hopefully!) Aisha Karefa-Smart in August.

girlsAll World Fellowship programs and workshops welcome youth participation! Early Music Week (gamba, anyone?!), Roots Music Week (mandolin?! Singing!), Writing Workshop (poetry/creative fun), Popular Economics Institute (How you can lead the way out of this mess!), Capoeira Angola (check out a traditional form of physical, capoierapolitical, social resistance - Heal thyself!), Soccer Week (Fun on the field for all ages), Reflect and Strengthen, Harmonica Workshop, Choral Singing Workshop, Poetry Workshop... Please bring your skills and creativity to share!

And if you're tired of an over-scheduled life and want to chill, you're welcome to do that here, too.

Basketball court, ping pong, knitting tournament, chess, volleyball, vegetable gardening, service projects... Everything is possible. And your presence will help make it happen.

You are welcome here!
